ENJA will publish your Estate on the major platforms of choice as well as specialized platforms if you’re interested in certain types of clientele.
Booking
Management
ENJA will provide a steady cash-flow to your bank account based on the rental periods and occupancy rate that we want to achive.
Payment Management
We’ll be your Escrow Manager taking payment from the rentors and then paying your share directly to your preferred bank account in a frequency that meets your needs.
At the beginning of each month, you’ll get a summary of the previous month’s financial events, including Spanish taxes paid.
Guest
Management
ENJA will take care of your guests the same way we take care of you, meeting and greeting them so that they’re familiar with their surroundings as well as the rules and technical aspects of your property.
We’ll also be there to assist them during their stay, ensuring that they thorougly enjoy their visit and pass this great experience on to others.
Pre-inspection
72 hours prior to guest arrival, we’ll do a documented pre-inspection to verify your inventory and Estate condition, ensuring that you have a snapshot of what the property looked like.
Post-inspection
Within 1-hour after the guests depart, we’ll do a documented post-inspection to verify your property, ensuring that what you have is accounted for and no damages have incurred.
Point Of Contact 24/7
ENJA will be by your side to help you with any questions and concerns that you may have as an Estate owner. We’ll also keep you abreast of any changes to the rental market or any Spanish or EU political decisions that may effect you (or your Estate).
Key-holding
This is the same service that we offer for our ENJA CARE customers: Secure key-holding with controlled copies that only you authorize.
Cleaning & Laundry
This cleaning service is modelled after the Swedish way of cleaning things: top to bottom, all the rooms, all the horizontal surfaces, and all the stoves and fridges and what’s behind them! We call this ENJA CLEAN and our Cleaning & Laundry services are ALWAYS included in the price!
You’ll also get these ENJA, value-added, services without charge:
- Identification of maintenance and repair issues
- Aesthetic improvement suggestions to increase Renter interest in the property.
And at your request, ENJA will ensure that any improvements and fixes are made according to your set budget.
