Welcome to ENJA CARE!

At ENJA, we’ll be offering three levels of Exceptional Estate Care for you:

  1. Standard
  2. Premium
  3. Extended

We want to give you as much flexibility and value as possible regardless of which level you choose, so you can upgrade between these levels of service as you wish.

With ENJA Standard CARE you get

  • 365 days a year ENJA service
  • Keyholding services for your originals and authorized copies
  • Monthly Estate inspections while you’re away and a summary report containing:
    • Identification of maintenance and repair issues
    • Identification of Estate improvements to increase its value/attractivness
    • And anything else that you’ld like us to check
  • Facilitation of access to the Estate for family members, contractors, etc.
  • Property visit if any adverse conditions have happened in the region.
  • One week prior to your arrival, we’ll test of all of your electrical appliances to enshure they’re working.
  • Prior to the owner’s arrival we’ll conduct our ENJA CLEAN service to your Estate so that you can just relax when you arrive.

You can also add any of our Extended Care Services to this package if you like.

At your request, ENJA will see to it that the improvements/fixes are made according to your set budget.

ENJA Premium CARE

Everything that’s in the Standard package as well as…

  • 24/7/365 contact, anytime, any day, you can call ENJA!
  • Bi-weekly inspections and summary reports.
  • ENJA will contact you if we know of any adverse event that may happen in the region and then visit your Estate prior to it happening in order determine how to reduce your risk. We’ll also visit your Estate after the event has passed and inform you of any possible actions that need to be taken.
  • ENJA will take care of any rodent or insect problems that may pop up while you’re away.
  • We’ll also collect any post that may arrive and, at your request, send them to where you are.

With Premium you also get these services prior to your arrival:

  • Everything listed in ENJA Standard CARE (including ENJA CLEAN) but we’ll also test all your lights, pumps, fans, A/C units, utility services, your faucets and drains.

You can also add any of our Extended Care Services to this package if you like.

ENJA Extended CARE

ENJA Extended CARE is simply adding any one of our Extended Services to your Standard or Premium Service. For example, you can add any of the following:

  • Increase your Estate inspections and reports to once a week (or once a day).
  •  Include Indoor Plant Care in the frequency that you need.
  • Delivery services, of pretty much anything, to your property.
  • Assembly and Installation Services for appliances and other large items.
  • Gardening & Perimeter Care
  • Transport Services, of pretty much anyone, to, or from, your Estate.
  • Pool, Jacuzzi, Hot-tub and Sauna Services
  • Prioritized HANDY Services

We can also ensure that your fridge and pantry is full with those things that you’ld like to see, so that you don’t have to run to the store the first thing you do when you arrive. Just send us the shopping list (or we can even order take-out delivery for you).
